The ex-Montreal Impact defender joined Napoli SSC in 2010 as assistant to manager Walter Mazzarri and has a technical profile, something that the Impact has been looking for.

The fact that Enzo Concina is from Toronto and that might be a factor for the Napoli assistant coach to be closer to home but leaving Napoli and Walter Mazzarri is no small feat.
