Marco Donadel to train with the Impact for 1 week

Coming to visit his friend Marco Di Vaio, Marco Donadel will practice with the Montreal Impact during his stay at the 514. The free agent midfielder played 22 Serie A games with Hellas Verona F.C. in the 2013-2014 season but has been without a club since.

He spent the bulk of his career with Fiorentina, playing in 184 games between 2005 and 2011, He was part of the Fiorentina squad that faced the Impact in May 23rd 2010 during a friendly game at Stade Saputo. It seems that the Impact are stacking up the midfield with recent signings and now with an apparent trial with Donadel.

Italian midfielder Marco Donadel will be in Montreal this week to visit his friend Marco Di Vaio.

Out of contract, the former Napoli player asked the Impact to train with the team while in Montreal.

Donadel will take the pitch for Wednesday morning's training session.

As a note, he played at Stade Saputo in 2010 in an international friendly match against the Impact while with Fiorentina.
