Reacting to the rumor that he was being replaced

I was surprised and my pride was hurt.[....] We cannot forget that we are in one of the top of the league. I am hurt but a wounded tiger is more dangerous.

You are not professionals [the media]. This rumor comes from Colombia from a small radio and you take it [the rumor] as it comes.

About the slump

I need to find solutions to bring the team towards victory.

Looking at resting some players

I learned that some players cannot play when it's hot and humid. I will need to make decisions for this Saturday. After 3-4 games in hot and humid [conditions], some players did not give the expected performance.

A beautiful surprise to have been nominated by the coach, It's a good reward [..]. The All Star Game factor is a bonus. You meet other players and play against AS Roma.

About his new positionning

Its not a positon that I love but I was given a bigger responsiblity within the group, within the team. Its a plus and maybe I should thank the coach for putting me in this position, which might have helped me get nominated.

About the difficult period

A defeat is a defeat. We are not in 9th place. We are not far from our objecivtes and we just need to readjust. The group knows that we can do better. The motto is to go back to basics from earlier this season.

About the false rumor about Marco Schallibaum

The information was difficult to learn during this period., as it has no relation with what is happening with us currently. It was unnecessary pressure on the coach and it was rectified by the club.
