Manchester United intend finalizing agent fees and and salary before officially submitting and offer to Borussia Dortmund for England starlet, Jadon Sancho (20).

Chatter around Sancho’s potential move to Old Trafford subsided in recent weeks with the Bundesliga club refusing to budge on their £108m valuation of the player.

And of course Dortmund chief Michael Zorc also insisted last month that any chance of United signing their 20-year-old star had dissipated after they missed a deadline to agree a deal for the player.

But as everyone knows ‘money talks’ and if the clubs do agree a fee, Sancho, seemingly keen to land at Old Trafford, will move.

The Red Devils have been boosted this week by the arrival of Donny van de Beek from Ajax for £40m, and will be hoping to build momentum towards the new season by landing Sancho too.

Speaking to Sportsmail in the UK, former captain Gary Neville would be delighted should Sancho arrive, but says Solskjaer cannot stop there. Amongst requirements identified by Neville, a centre-back, a right-winger and another striker are required to enable United to challenge the Liverpool and Manchester City dominance of the last couple of seasons.
