Ignacio Piatti, is the mountroyalsoccer.com Greatest-ever Montreal Impact player.

The poll has just closed on the Final, and while supporters of another legend, Patrice Bernier, managed to close the gap on the Argentine maestro, it wasn't enough. The man from General Baldissera reigns supreme.

He couldn’t have had a more challenging opponent in the final than Bernier, who had already put paid to the chances of Didier Drogba.

Piatti ran out winner acquiring 59% of the vote to Bernier’s 41%. Given the Quebecer’s return and indeed the votes he’s polled throughout the competition, his popularity is also abundantly clear.
