Here are the candidates -
Evan Bush -
51 shut-outs in 205 appearances over all competitions, Evan was voted tournament best goal-keeper in the CONCACAF Champions League 2015.
Samuel Piette -
81 appearances in just under three seasons, Sam is a current member of the Canadian MNT and holds the record of 53 consecutive starts (all competitions) for IMFC in the MLS-era. A consistent holding midfielder who is yet to register a goal for the club.
Ambroise Oyongo -
Currently sits 20th in the table of appearances (all competitions) in the MLS-era with 72. A classy full-back who has also registered three goals for the club, and seen red as many times. Has gone on to a successful career in Ligue Un with Montpellier. An AFCON continental champion with Cameroon.
Alejandro Silva -
Spent only one ultimately successful season with Montreal Impact after a slow start. Capped by Uruguay, Alejandro made 33 appearances scoring 5 goals and providing 11 assists (the highest-ever by a player in his first MLS season at the club) in 2018, before leaving to join Paraguay’s Olimpia.
