Sam Piette returns tonight to the Impact line-up, a welcome boost for new head coach, Wilmer Cabrera.

As expected there’s no place in the 18 for the returning Rod Fanni, Bacary Sagna reverts to right-back, with Camacho resuming in central defence after injury. Zachary Brault-Guillard, a starter at the weekend v Toronto FC drops to the bench.

Orji Okwonkwo comes in on the right side of attack/midfield in place of Ballou Tabla who finds also finds a seat on the bench.

Caps’ coach Marc Dos Santos has made three changes to the side humbled by San Jose at the weekend as he seeks to up the intensity.

Recent signing from Olimpia (Honduras), Michaell Chirinos comes into midfield in place of Andy Rose, Jon Price captains the side and replaces Fredy Montero who drops to the bench, while former Toronto FC man Tosaint Ricketts, now back in MLS after a spell in Lithuanian football, ploughs the lone furrow up front. Yordy Reyna occupied that role against San Jose, but is expected play deeper this evening. Theo Bair drops to sub.
