English tabloid, the Daily Express has highlighted Radio Catalunya as their source for a story currently running which may or may not signal significant developments in the Neymar to Barcelona protraction.
This is beginning to sound like a narrative heading to a predictable outcome, although Barca still have much to do to persuade PSG to part with their prized Brazilian.
Radio Catalunya also claims that Barca has already prepared a video to announce the star’s arrival for their social media channels.
As recently as Monday the Catalan giants has a proposed loan deal of 40m Euros, followed by a mandatory 150m Euros permanent transfer fee, next summer, rejected.
It’s understood if the French club are to lose their asset, it prefers a permanent deal so a replacement can be brought in right away.
Juventus’ Paulo Dybala is a player that interests PSG, and the money received from the transfer of Neymar would be used to attract the Argentinian away from Juventus, plus other late transfer-window moves.

As for Dybala, he yesterday posted an image of Bob Marley with the cryptic quote: “The problem is that people are hated when they are sincere and they are loved when they are false.”
Ousmane Dembele is unlikely to be featured as part of any deal involving Neymar. It was confirmed, as much as ‘confirmed’ can possibly mean these days, on Tuesday that the player will not leave Barcelona.
