The Italian striker will be missing the next 6-8 weeks due to an injury he got in last Saturdays match against the Vancouver Whitecaps early on in the game.
Mancosu absent de 6 à 8 semaines! #IMFC a besoin d'aller chercher du renfort absolument.

The injury that sidelined Matteo Mancosu in the opening minutes to Saturday's game was a tear in his thigh. Anthony Jackson-Hamel then came in for Mancosu and played around 80 minutes which is the most the French Canadian has ever played in a single game.
With Mancosu being injured for a long period of time, we now ask the question, who will take his spot as the starting striker? Well, the answer may be Jackson-Hamel who has 3 goals in 3 games. When the Impact faces D.C this weekend we will find out which striker Biello will choose, will it be Oduro or Jackson-Hamel?
