Impact without Drogba vs Toronto FC

MLS: New England Revolution at Montreal Impact Eric Bolte-USA TODAY Sports

Two hours before the game, it was announced that the Montreal Impact will be without Didier Drogba for the crucial game against Toronto FC. The breaking report came from RDS' Patrick Friolet saying that the striker would not even be in Biello's 18-man gameday roster.

The Montreal Impact shortly tweeted that the Designated Player was out due to a back injury.

Even though Drogba seemed to be training correctly during the week, the injury does seem suspicious at first as some are stirring up some drama on the #IMFC sphere and talking about an internal conflict betwene Drogba and the club.
