A regular starter for the first two seasons of the Montreal Impact, Jeb Brovsky was just traded to 2015 expansion club, New York City FC for a 2016 second round MLS SuperDraft pick. The "Jebi Knight" did not seem to be in Frank Klopas' plans as the season went on and was not included in the club's 18-man roster for the last few games.
Sporting Director Nick De Santis
"We would like to thank Jeb for everything he's done both on and off the field with the Impact. This move provides him with an opportunity he was looking for while giving our team roster and budget flexibility moving forward. Jeb's contributions to the club were appreciated and we wish him well.
