Yann Ekra and Oussama Essabr have joined the Montreal Impact training camp as pre-season trialists. Both players represent potential depth on the bench on the offensive side of things with the price of using international spots for each.
Yann Ekra
Ekra was signed by Philadelphia Union on September 13, 2013. Originally from Cote d'Ivoire, he has spent two seasons with Philadelphia Union's affiliate, the Harrisburg City Islanders before joining the Union first team. Prior to his stint in Harrisburg, Ekra spent the beginning of his career in Europe, putting in time with both Hull City A.F.C. and in Greece with Panionios F.C.

Update: Ekra's profile is more of a winger as he can be an option on the left side for the Impact. No updates on whether Andres Romero will officially back or not.
Oussama Essabr
The young Moroccan striker was a previous trialist with the Impact when the club traveled to Italy in the 2012-2013 pre-season camp. Signed by Juventus in 2008, he has never played with the A team. He has since joined FC Crotone and most recently played with Prato, in Italy's third division.
