Montreal Impact midfielder Bojan Krkic has ben named MLS Player of the Week for week 19.
The Catalan’s match-winning performance, producing a goal and an assist in the 2-1 victory over David Beckham’s Inter-Miami, makes him the first Impact winner since Lassi Lappalainen in week 21 of last season.

The last current Impact player to win the weekly award was Mason Toye (week 26, 2019), but of course he was a Minnesota United player at the time.

Bojan naturally makes the starting line-up for MLS Team of the Week as well, and joins Rudy Camacho (week 9) as the only Montreal Impact players to earn that accolade this season.

Thierry Henry was also named Coach of the Week, adding to his success in this category for week 16.
