Montreal Impact Media Video: Derrière les Lignes Ennemies // Behind Enemy Lines

After its excellent "Behind Each Victory / Derriere Chaque Victoire" series , the Montreal Impact Media delivers a three-episode series called " Derrière les Lignes Ennemies // Behind Enemy Lines " . The series has footage from the club's away games in the CONCACAF Champions League and its first MLS playoff game against the Houston Dynamo.

It does not get more behind the scenes than that as the Montreal Impact continues to deliver excellent content to its fans. As media, it is even more fun to watch the interactions that happen between players, coaches and such.

Synoposis of the Series

Winning on the road is not easy.

The travel, the jetlag, the weather, the hostile crowds, the playing surface are just some of the challenges that players have to go through when they play away from Stade Saputo.

Behind enemy lines depicts the life of the Impact on the road, in three cities: Guatemala City, San Jose and Houston. Three different environments, three different challenges.

Episode 1 - Guatemala City

Friday, November 15

The Impact travels to Guatemala to take on CD Heredia, an opponent that most players had never heard of before the Champions League draw. Information is scarce, and the club has taken all the necessary precautions to make this trip as safe as possible.

Episode 2 - San Jose

Friday, November 22

The stakes are high as the Impact needs a positive result against the Earthquakes, a team that has not lost in its 15 previous games and won 7 of its last 8 at Buck Shaw Stadium.

Episode 3 - Houston

Friday, November 29

For the first time its MLS history, the Impact have made the playoffs, but the first round won't be easy: a matchup against the 2011 and 2012 MLS Cup finalist.
