A Joe Tacopina - Joey Saputo partnership seems to be a fruitful partnership as the ex-AS Roma vice president is slotted to go back to Bologna next Monday to finalize the deal. Bologna FC shareholders agreed to terms with Tacopina-Saputo as follows
- € 6,3M to buy the club
- €6M to raise the stock before Oct 15
To secure Bologna FC, Tacopina & Saputo, promised $6.3M over next 3 years, $60M to renovate stadium/surrounding area & role for Marco DiVaio

The battle to buy the club seemed lost after current Bologna President promised to inject more funds into the club and pushing away the Tacopina-Saputo bid. But The Rosso Blu will be associated with the bleu-blanc-noir for the foreseeable future.
Tacopina will be back in Bologna on Monday to finalize the deal. No news whether Joey Saputo will be with him or not.
