In the most recent press release from the MLS Disciplinary Committee, the Montreal were fined an undisclosed amount for unprofessional conduct of team staff on the sidelines during the Oct. 6 game against Houston Dynamo.
It was no surprise to see that one coming even though it took time to come through. Jesse Marsch was expelled from the game after what seemed to be a shouting match with the sideline referee. Adam Braz, ex-Impact player and current Team Manager, was also seen arguing vociferously with the referee. (see picture used for post)

MLS Disciplinary Committee Fines San Jose's Jason Hernandez, New England's Benny Feilhaber and Montreal Impact
NEW YORK (October 15, 2012) - The MLS Disciplinary Committee has fined San Jose Earthquakes defender Jason Hernandez an undisclosed amount for failing to leave the field in an orderly manner after receiving a red card in second half stoppage time of the game against the Colorado Rapids on Oct. 6. The fine comes in addition to the automatic fine and one-game suspension Hernandez received for the red card.
The Disciplinary Committee also fined New England Revolution midfielder Benny Feilhaber an undisclosed amount for his verbal and profane abuse of the official after receiving a red card (second yellow) in the 88th minute of the game against Philadelphia Union on Oct. 6. The fine comes in addition to the automatic fine and one-game suspension Feilhaber received for the red card.
The Disciplinary Committee also fined the Montreal Impact an undisclosed amount for unprofessional conduct of team staff on the sidelines during the Oct. 6 game against Houston Dynamo.
Fines collected will be donated to the charitable partners of MLS W.O.R.K.S. and the MLS Players Union.
